Here is some information to help you choose the right type and size of SKNEEKS you should buy. See our videos below.

  • Heathered Grey
  • Poly/Spandex
  • Moisture/Water Wicking
  • Better suited for petite or smaller thighs
  • Better for lean calves
  • Machine Wash Cold/Air Dry for best results

*if purchased our grey Skneeks in 2019/2020, these are the same.

Option 2:
Skneeks (extra stetch)

  • Heathered Grey
  • Poly/Spandex
  • +50 UV Protection
  • Anti-Microbial
  • Moisture/Water Wicking
  • Better suited for fuller thighs
  • Better for thicker calves
  • About 1/2″ More Stretch then the Regular Skneeks
  • Machine Wash Cold/Air Dry for best results
*if purchased our pink/lipstick Skneeks in 2019/2020, these are made of the same fabric.

Example:
My daughter Birkley wore Option 1, the regular Skneeks when she was younger because she was so thin and had little body fat. She wasn’t eating as much due to her needs. If used the other, they would have slid down her legs. When she turned 12, she started wearing Option 2, the extra stretch Skneeks because she had added more body mass to her legs.

Youth Sizes

Circumference around the lower thigh. If over 5’4″, we suggest looking at adult sizes due to height.
With the knee bent at a 90 degree angle (ex: when sitting down), measure the distance between the upper thigh (crotch) to the middle of the knee cap. At the half way point (middle of that measurement), measure the circumference of the thigh.

**Note: the bottom of the knee pads are a 1/2″ smaller in circumference

XS
7 – 8.5 inches

S
9 – 10.5 inches

M
11 – 12.5 inches

L

Adult Sizes

Circumference around the lower thigh.
With the knee bent at a 90 degree angle (ex: when sitting down), measure the circumference of the thigh about 6 inches above (or starting from) the middle of the knee cap.

**Note: the bottom of the knee pads are a 1/2" smaller in circumference

XS

S

More Important Information:
These are not to be used as a medical device or knee brace of any kind.

In this video, he measured 13 inches around, so I would buy him the Youth Large. He was on the highest end of the Youth Medium so the Youth Large was the best size for him.

This shows a video of putting on the regular Skneeks. You can see they are very fitted. The Extra Stretch Skneeks would have a little more stretch when putting them on.
